Howard R. Swearer Student Humanitarian Award
California Campus Compact proudly congratulates April Charmaine Punsal from the California State University, Los Angeles for being chosen as a state finalist to compete nationally for the Howard R. Swearer Humanitarian Award!
Each year since 1987, five students are selected to receive this distinguished award for their outstanding public service along with $1500 to help strengthen or sustain the service program of their design or choice.
