CACC-Carnegie Foundation Faculty Fellows: Service-Learning for Political Engagement Program
California Campus Compact is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for our members. We have joined in partnership with the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching to create the
CACC-Carnegie Foundation Faculty Fellows: Service-Learning for Political Engagement Program, funded
in part by Learn and Serve America.
This two-year fellowship is aimed at bringing 23 faculty together
to design and implement a service-learning course geared towards
increasing students' understanding, skills, and motivation for
political engagement. Fellows will also be engaged in the
scholarship of their teaching and students' learning to deepen
their understanding of service-learning for political engagement
and improve their teaching and students' learning.
